fabricated right every time. Just send us your AutoCAD or Unigraphics part
files and we’ll take care of the rest. Or, if you prefer, we will fabricate
to your dimensioned print or Mylar drawings.
We have a complete, full service machine shop on site, specializing in the
production of low-volume machined parts and custom tooling - allowing us to
pass on the cost savings to you. Our expertise in the sheet metal industry
allows us to utilize reusable tooling and dies, often times saving you the
added cost of full hard tool production.
We also have complete in house processing and painting facilities with in-house
heat-treat now available. This means that we can provide
significant cost savings and dramatically reduced lead times by anodizing
or alodining your parts here, all the while maintaining increased quality
control.
We are certified to inspect to the following quality standards: ISO 9002,
Mil-I-45208A, Mil-STD-45662A, D1-9000AQS, D1-4426, QA500
We plan to add hydroform capabilities in the near future, thus allowing
us to manufacture anything from the simplest parts to the most complex assemblies
